This is a unique products processed by our own PVC transfer foil and equipment.The main procedure includes:1.Hot transfer---the designs of our foil will be thmermo transferred onto MDF,HDF ect.door skin,2.Lacquering,at least twice.By this enhencing the super good resistance to scratch,abrasion and solvent.Meanwhile,greatly postponing the life of door.
The door skin processed by us as per the above procedures,has a more real woodgrain effect,the texture is nature and clean,The door won’t be deformed.
